You can cancel your order and get a full refund within 7 days from placing your order. In order to get your full refund you must write a request to support@feminade.com and you must ship the unopened kit back to our warehouse at your own cost. Return shipping labels will. not be provided. If you fail to ship the kit back, the cost for the kit will be deducted from your refund amount.
